Landscape Soundscape
Our Landscape Soundscape project combines nature environment experiences with music for wellbeing. In collaboration with nature reserves and the NHS we host day trips for adults at risk. Participants report an increased sense of wellbeing from taking part and being part of a supportive group creative as well as reduced lonliness, anxiety and depression.
‘Particpants have benefitted from time out in beautiful natural settings in our local area and made music, inspired by the nature around them. We have witnessed first-hand their positive response and the therapeutic value of this work. It gives a different and unique experience for our clients, offering them opportunity for self-expression and sense of purpose and connection.’
